Profile Menu is composed of fields that are included in the current profile. You chose the fields during creation of a profile. If you create a profile by copying of a template profile then the fields are also get copied.

the profile menu length of the filed may also be displayed inside []
if you checked on Show Field Length for the profile. when
field has multiple values the maximum length of all fields gets
displayed.
Fig: The black down arrow on the toolbar is the profile menu button in disabled state. You may still click on the pull down button to access the menu from the toolbar.
When you choose a menu item when the profile toolbar menu is displayed from the toolbar, the field content gets copied in the clipboard. You can later on paste (CTRL+V or Paste option) the content into an input field.
Fig: When you click on the the black profile menu button it becomes red. The the profile menu can be accessed by clicking on the similar red button left of each of the the input field on the submission page (see below).
On the other hand, if you choose a menu item when the profile context menu is displayed on the submission page (as in the figure below) the field content of the associated field gets directly copied into the field.
When
a field has multiple values the copied value is randomly chosen. You
can define multiple values for a field during creation of a profile.
Multiple values are separated by a lone tilde (~) on a new line.
