STEP 1: Select your profile from the Profile combo box right after Profile button.

STEP 2: Apply appropriate filter to limit your site list. To do this click on the Filter... button (see the figure shown below). Either create a new filter or select a Preset one and apply.
STEP 3: Double click on the site you want to submit to. KnowboForm will display the submit page or the homepage of the site depending on whether the submit link is available or appropriate. If you are on the homepage you may have to choose a category and/or click on the submit link of the page where you can fill-in the submission form.
Fig: Sites list with context menu. You may double click on the selected site or alternatively click the right mouse button and choose either "Go to Site Domain" or "Go to Submit URL" as you like. If "Go to SubmitURL" option is disabled that means the submit link is either not available in the database or not appropriate for submission without a category chosen.
STEP 4: Once you are on the submission page click on the Fill button to fill-in the submission form according to the field values saved in the chosen profile in STEP 1.

STEP 5: Sometimes some fields may not get populated correctly or may remain empty. In that case the Profile menu will help you in filling-up those fields. Profile menu can be accessed from the toolbar or from the left of the input fields. Click here to know how Profile menu can help you filling-up a submission form.

STEP 6: Sometimes you may require some information that you need to manually enter. For example, image verification, category of submission, etc. Check whether you need to provide such information before you click on Submit button of the page.
