KnowboForm main menu is composed of File, Edit, View, Tools, and Help menus

File Menu

New Tab - Open a blank web page in a new tab

Close Current Tab - Close the current tab

Open... - Open an HTML file

Save As... - Save content of the current page in a file

Page Setup... - Set up page for printing HTML reports, etc.

Print... - Print the current page

Print Preview... - Preview before printing

Properties... - Properties of the current page

Exit - Quit KnowboForm

Edit Menu

Cut - Cut selected text in the text box or text area of the active page

Copy - Copy selected text in the text box or text area of the active page

Paste - Paste copied text into the text box or text area of the active page

Select All - Select all text in the text box or text area of the active page

Find... - Find text within the active page

View Menu

Go Back - Go back to previous page or location

Go Forward - Go forward to previous page or location

Refresh - Refresh active page

Stop - Stop loading current page

Site List - Hide/Show Site list

Info Grid - Hide/Show Info Grid, where site info and submit info is displayed and updated.

Browser - Hide/Show Browser

Value List - Enable/Disable Value List on the toolbar, the list that display the profile fields

Search - Display Live Search page to search the web

Source - Display the html source code of the current page

Tools Menu

Filter & Sort... - Display the Filter and Sort dialog

Configure Profiles... - Display the Configure Profile dialog

Batch Submit... - Display the Site Submit dialog before carrying out automatic submission in the selected list of sites

Batch Site Search... - Display Site Search dialog before carrying out automatic search for your site (based on a keyword/phrase) in the selected list of sites

Batch Update Sites... - Display Update Site dialog before carrying out automatic update of selected list of sites

Submission Reports... - Generate and display submission report in a new tab

Export Submission Data... - Allow you to save submission data in a TAB delimited text file

Browser Options... - Display browser settings dialog

Manage Users... - Display KnowboForm Login dialog, where you can login as different user. Admin user can manage other users e.g. adding, deleting new users on this dialog.

Manage Database... - Display Manage Databases dialog that provide functionalities for database compaction, backup and restoring of user data, etc.

Help Menu

Online Tutorial... - Display the updated online tutorial

Contents... - Display the contents of the off-line help

Index... - Display the index of the off-line help

KnowboForm Home... - Browse to the KnowboForm home page for latest information and update

KnowboForm Blog... - Browse to the KnowboForm blog page to know more about the latest developments
