Write your expression first and then evaluate

To evaluate the following expression, for example:

(1+((2*3)^4-5)+6)/7

Simply type in the expression in the calculator Expression area, press enter and you are done. The result will be printed in the calculator Result area.

Edit your expression if you make a mistake

For example, in the above expression, if you forget to place your brackets in the appropriate positions simply edit the expression. Standard windows editing keys (Arrow keys, Delete, Backspace, Insert, etc.) work in the expression area.

Calculate and convert with unit

Calculate physical quantities with unit writing directly in calculator Expression area.

The resulting unit will be displayed in default standard unit. For example, result of the expression ft.+ m. will be displayed as 1.3048 m. as m. is the default unit for length.

Expression: ft. + m.
Result: 1.3048 m.

However, you can convert the result to a different unit using to operator as below:

Expression: ft. + m. to yd.
Result: 1.42694663167104 yd.

Note that the expression unit and conversion unit after to operator must be dimensionally homogeneous. Otherwise a dimension conflict will occur.
